摘要
随着电子商务的蓬勃发展,传统的线下零售企业面临越来越严峻的生存和发展挑战,租金高、客户少、人工成本高等现实压力正逐步吞噬传统零售企业的发展空间。在这种形势下,传统零售行业充分挖掘人力资源优势、提升人员管理水平,成为打破瓶颈、涅槃重生的重要突破口。文章以青岛某零售公司(以下简称为XS公司)为研究对象,通过优化企业的人员招聘、培训、考核、晋升等关键人力资源管理环节,推动企业运营管理的持续改善,探索传统零售企业应对线上竞争的发展战略,对其他传统企业的转型升级有一定的借鉴意义。
With the booming development of e-commerce,the traditional offline retail enterprises are facing more and more severe challenges of survival and development.The real pressure of high rent,fewer customers and high labor cost is gradually engulfed the development space of traditional retail enterprises.In this situation,the traditional retail industry fully tap the advantages of human resources,improve the level of personnel management,become an important breakthrough to break the bottleneck,Nirvana reemergence.Taking a retail company in Qingdao(hereinafter referred to as XS Company)as the research object,this paper optimizes the key human resource management links such as personnel recruitment,training,assessment and promotion,promotes the continuous improvement of enterprise operation management,and explores the development strategy of traditional retail enterprises to cope with online competition,which has certain reference significance for the transformation and upgrading of other traditional enterprises.
