摘要
乳胶蛋白(MLP)是植物特有的一类蛋白质,目前人们已经从多种植物中发现MLP,并克隆获得了MLP基因,对其功能也进行了研究。MLP在植物生长发育、抵御生物胁迫和非生物胁迫过程中发挥重要作用。对植物MLP的理化性质、结构特点,以及MLP在植物生长发育、生物胁迫与非生物胁迫应答中的作用进行阐述,为MLP功能研究及其在植物分子育种方面的应用提供参考。
Major latex proteins are special proteins in plant.Many MLP genes have been found and cloned from plants and the functions of MLP have been characterized.MLP plays an important role in the process of plant growth and development,resisting biotic and abiotic stresses.This article described the physical and chemical properties and structural characteristics of plant MLP,as well as the role of MLP in plant growth and development,biotic and abiotic stress responses,and provided the references for the study of MLP functions and its application in plant molecular breeding.
