摘要 [目的]探讨不同玉米自交系的抗旱能力,研究花期干旱胁迫对不同玉米自交系生长差异的影响,为选育抗旱玉米品种提供参考依据。[方法]利用40个玉米自交系,在正常灌水和干旱胁迫2种水分处理下,对花期不同玉米材料进行耐旱性鉴定,分析花期干旱对玉米株高、穗位高和第3、4节间长度的影响,探讨农艺性状与玉米耐旱性之间的关系。[结果]花期干旱胁迫对玉米自交系影响较大,不同玉米自交系在2种水分处理下的农艺性状表现差异显著,旱区大于正常对照,表明苗期和拔节期供水充足对玉米株高、穗位高和节间生长影响不大。[结论]以综合耐旱系数为指标对玉米自交系的耐旱性进行评定,农系3386、农系3435、农系3471和S121的综合耐旱性较强,可在抗旱育种中加以利用。 [Objective]In order to study the drought resistance of different maize inbred lines,the effects of drought stress on the growth differences of different maize inbred lines in flowering period,and to provide reference for the breeding of drought-resistant maize varieties.[Method]Using 40 maize inbred lines,under two water treatments of normal irrigation and drought stress,the drought tolerance of different maize materials at flowering stage was identified,and the effects of drought at flowering stage on plant height,ear height and the third and fourth nodes of maize were analyzed.The relationship between agronomic characters and drought tolerance of maize was discussed.[Result]Drought stress at flowering stage had a great influence on maize inbred lines.The performance of agronomic traits of different maize inbred lines under two water treatments is significantly different.The drought area was larger than the normal control,indicating that adequate water supply at seedling stage and jointing stage had little influence on maize plant height,spike height and internode growth.[Conclusion]The comprehensive drought tolerance coefficient was used as the index to evaluate the drought tolerance of maize inbred lines,and the comprehensive drought tolerance of Nongxi 3386,Nongxi 3435,Nongxi 3471 and S121 was strong,which could be used in drought resistance breeding.
