基于文献计量学对南果梨研究的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Nanguo Pear Research Based on Bibliometrics

[目的]为帮助南果梨科研工作者了解目前南果梨研究的方向和热点。[方法]选取1990—2019年CNKI数据库中文核心期刊、硕博论文和SCI(Science Citation Index)论文收录的南果梨相关文献为数据样本,采用文献计量学的研究思路,以知识图谱为研究载体,通过Excel、CiteSpace等分析软件为工具,对所选数据进行主题词以及关键词的聚类分析,并同时绘制有关南果梨的各类数据分析以及图谱。[结果]南果梨研究开始于1992年,一直到2009年南果梨研究达到峰值状态,南果梨研究关键词多为1-MCP(1-甲基环丙烯)、香气和冷藏,我国南果梨研究领域的核心作者有纪淑娟、李俊才、王家珍、辛广、蔡忠民、刘延吉等人。研究机构中,期刊论文中沈阳农业大学发文量、合作关系以及硕博论文量最多。[结论]近些年的研究热点与趋势走向的关键词有可能是南果梨酒、水杨酸、1-甲基环丙烯、基因表达、冷藏等。

[Objective]To help Nangao pear researchers to understand the current research direction and focus in the Nanguo pear.[Method]Chinese core journals about Nanguo pear of CNKI database in 1990-2019 were selected as the data sample,as well as degree papers of master and doctor and SCI(Science Citation Index).Based on bibliometrics,with knowledge mapping as the research vector,Excel,CiteSpace and other analysis software were used as the tools.Clustering analysis of subject words and key words of the selected data was carried out.And at the same time,data analysis and mapping of Nanguo pear was established.[Result]The research on Nanguo pear started in 1992 and reached its peak in 2009.The key words of Nanguo pear research were mostly 1-MCP(1-methylcyclopropylene),aroma and refrigeration.The core authors in the research field of Nanguo pear in China included Ji Shujuan,Li Juncai,Wang Jiazhen,Xin Guang,Cai Zhongmin,Liu Yanji.Among the research institutions,Shenyang Agricultural University had the largest number of published papers,cooperative relations and master and doctoral dissertations in journal papers.[Conclusion]In recent years,the research hotspots and trends of key words might be Nanguo pear,salicylic acid,1-methylcyclopropene,gene expression,refrigeration and so on.
