基于Malmquist指数模型的安徽省工业创新效率研究

Research on Industrial Innovation Efficiency in Anhui Province Based on Malmquist Index Model

为了解安徽省工业创新效率现状,统计合成安徽省2012-2019年规模以上工业企业的技术创新投入产出的面板数据,构建工业创新效率评价指标体系,使用Malmquist全要素生产率指数模型展开安徽省工业创新效率测算,得到研究结论:2012-2019年安徽省工业创新全要素生产率没有太大变化,然而纯技术效率下降的城市有两个,但没有城市规模效率下降,因此提高工业创新全要素生产率主要方法是提高工业创新的技术水平。然后根据安徽省工业创新效率现状从政府和企业和政府两个层面上提出针对性建议。

In order to understand the status quo of industrial innovation efficiency in Anhui Province,this article statistically synthesizes the panel data of technological innovation input and output of industrial enterprises above designated size in Anhui Province from 2012 to 2019,constructs an industrial innovation efficiency evaluation index system,and uses the Malmquist total factor productivity index model for Anhui Province's industrial innovation efficiency measurement and the research conclusions are obtained:the total factor productivity of industrial innovation in Anhui Province has not changed much from 2012 to 2019.However,there are two cities with reduced pure technical efficiency,but none of the cities have reduced scale efficiency.Therefore,the main method to improve the total factor productivity of industrial innovation is to improve the technological level of industrial innovation.Then,according to the status quo of industrial innovation efficiency in Anhui Province,targeted suggestions are made from the two levels of the government,the enterprise and the government.
