Research on Improving the Value Chain of Hydropower Project Cost Consultation

为提升我国民生发展的有效性,打造高质量的水电工程管理体系已经成为了社会发展的重点,本文便是在水电工程本身的造价咨询角度上,从交易阶段、施工阶段以及竣工阶段三个角度分析阐述了造价咨询服务体系的基础结构。打造相互串联的造价体系,不仅能够为当前水电工程的发展奠定基础,也可以促使我国的资源工程管理体系不断成熟。

In order to further enhance the effectiveness of the development of people's livelihood in China,it has become the focus of social development to build a high-quality hydropower project management system from the perspective of resource engineering.This paper is based on the cost consulting perspective of hydropower project itself,combined with the implementation analysis of the cost consulting service system,expounds the basic structure of the cost consulting service system,which is based on the transaction cost.The analysis of the cost consulting service system is carried out from the three aspects of construction stage,construction stage and completion stage,and the cost system connected with each other is created,which can not only lay the foundation for the development of the current hydropower project,but also further promote the maturity of China's resource engineering management system.
