摘要
某工程为280m高的超限高层,根据建筑平面特点,选取框架-核心筒结构体系。通过对主框架柱进行多种方案比选分析,选取了既满经济性又满足施工便利性的钢管混凝土柱形式。同时在加强层位置合理设置腰桁架,能有效加强结构整体性能,达到既定的抗震性能目标。
According to the plane characteristics of the building,the frame core tube structure system is selected.Through the comparison and analysis of various schemes for the main frame column,the concrete-filled steel tube column is selected,and this type of column is economical and convenient construction.At the same time,the reasonable setting of the waist truss in the strengthening layer can effectively strengthen the overall performance of the structure and achieve the established seismic performance goal.
