预应力管道摩阻、锚口摩阻和喇叭口摩阻测试技术

摘要 进行跨越市政主干道及铁路客运专线的大跨度连续梁施工时,为了确保预应力体系的施工质量,对预应力摩阻损失、锚口摩阻和喇叭口摩阻损失进行了现场测试。测试时采用压力传感器进行预应力张拉力的测读,提高了精度的同时也使测试更为快速、简便。本文还对测试所得数据采用最小二乘法进行分析处理的方法进行了介绍,以期能够对其它项目施工现场的摩阻损失测试起到些许借鉴作用。 In order to ensure the construction quality of the prestressed system during the construction of large-span continuous beams spanning the main municipal roads and passenger dedicated railway lines,field tests were carried out on the friction loss of the prestressing force,the friction resistance of the anchorage and the friction loss of the bell mouth.During the test,the pressure sensor is used to measure and read the pre-stress tension force,which improves the accuracy and makes the test faster and easier.This article also introduces the method of analyzing and processing the data obtained by the test using the least square method,in the hope that it can be used as a reference for the friction loss test on the construction site of other projects.
