摘要
桥梁预应力施工大部分均采用人工传统控制,而人工操作存在较大误差、同步精度无法保证。智能张拉系统以精度高、稳定性强的优势逐步取代了传统施工工艺。本文以德商高速公路施工为背景,结合高速公路建设中预制梁板单个构件结构较小而数量较多从而造成张拉次数较多的特点,就智能张拉工艺在梁场施工中的优势作了深入分析,旨在为实际工作有所帮助。
Most of the bridge prestress construction uses manual traditional control,and manual operation has large errors and synchronization accuracy cannot be guaranteed.The intelligent tensioning system gradually replaced the traditional construction technology with the advantages of high precision and strong stability.This article takes the construction of the German-shanghai expressway as the background,and combines the small structure of the prefabricated beam and slab in the construction of the expressway,which results in a large number of tensioning times.The advantages of the intelligent tensioning process in the beam yard construction In-depth analysis is designed to help in actual work.
