推进“十四五”建筑领域低碳发展研究

The Path on Promoting Low-carbon Development in Building Sector during the“14th Five Year Plan”Period

建筑领域是我国城乡能源消费和碳排放的主要领域,当前建筑领域能耗和碳排放持续增长,并且面临着建筑寿命较短、能源结构不够低碳等问题。“十四五”时期,城镇化水平和城乡居民生活水平将逐步提升,带来建筑领域能耗和碳排放的进一步增长,同时建筑领域面临的形势将发生新的变化。为此,针对我国建筑领域低碳发展,本文提出“十四五”期间的四点思路和六条路径,以及建议实施的四个重点行动。

The building sector is a main sector of energy consumption and carbon emissions.At present,energy consumption and carbon emissions in the building sector continue to grow.There are also other issues,such as short building life,high carbon energy structure and so on.During the“14th five year plan”period,the level of urbanization will be improved,as well as the living standards of urban and rural residents,which will lead to the growth of energy consumption and carbon emissions.At the same time,the situation in the building area will also change.Therefore,this paper puts forward six paths and four ideas to promote the low-carbon development,and proposes to implement four key actions in the building sector in the“14th five year plan”period.
