“新工科”背景下地方高校土木工程生产实习改革与实践

Practice of Civil Engineering Production Practice Reform in Local Universities under the Background of New Engineering--Take North China University of Science and Technology as an Example

随着国家“新工科”建设的不断推进,作为地方高校的土木工程专业相应开展了许多教学改革,其中比较突出的是针对传统生产实习教学中存在的问题进行的改革实践。为了提升实习效果,在专业原有分散与集中实习方式的基础上,增加了为期三个月的顶岗实习,考核方式在原有实习报告、实习日记和答辩基础上进行了扩展,增加了调查问卷和企业指导工程师评价环节。为保障顶岗实习的顺利进行,学院与多个企业签订了战略合作协议,共同出台了一系列保障文件。这些构建了适用于地方高校土木工程专业实习教学的新模式,进一步提高了实习教学管理水平。

Along with the spread of national new engineering construction,as local university civil engineering major,the teaching method has made a lot of reform.One of the most prominent problems is the reform practice in the view of the existing traditional production practice teaching.In order to improve the practice effect,a three-month in-post practice mode was added on the basis of the original decentralized and centralized practice modes.The assessment method is expanded on the basis of the original internship report,internship diary and reply,which adding questionnaire and evaluation link of enterprise guidance engineer.For the sake of the smooth progress of in-post practice,the college has signed strategic cooperation agreements with a number of enterprises and a series of supporting documents are issued.A new mode applicable to the practice teaching of civil engineering major in local university,which further improves the management level of practice teaching.
