2018-2019年上海市普陀区区属公立医疗机构处方点评分析

Analysis of prescription reviews of the public medical institutions in Shanghai Putuo District from 2018to 2019

目的:为减少不合理用药提供一定参考依据。方法:通过采集2018-2019年普陀区药品监管平台,依条件自动抽取84142张电子处方和对处方的点评信息进行分析,其中处方点评不合格数占所抽取处方总数的比例为处方不合格率。基于Rstudio编程环境,运用R语言进行统计学分析两阶段电子处方不合格率的变化。结论:普陀区药品监管平台应用后降低了电子处方的不合格率,表示该平台对保障合理用药有效,但仍有可提升的空间。

Objective:To provide a reference basis for reducing irrational drug use.Methods:A total of 84142 electronic prescriptions and review information of these prescriptions that were automatically extracted from the 2018-2019Putuo District’s drug supervision platform were analyzed.The prescription unqualified rate is the ratio of the number of unqualified prescription reviews to the total number of prescriptions which were extracted by system.Based on the R studio programming environment,the R language was used to statistically analyze the change of unqualified rate of electronic prescription in two years.Results:The rate of unqualified electronic prescriptions has decreased with the application of the drug supervision platform in Putuo District.The results may provide implications for the application of drug supervision platform to ensure rational drug use.
