摘要
近年来,中山医院的建设规模、装备质量及后勤管理工作的现代化水平有了显著提高,医院后勤工作在医院管理整体工作中的地位和作用越来越重要,其管理水平的高低直接影响着医院的整体服务质量。为进一步贯彻落实精细化管理,打造后勤服务示范标准,建立健全现代后勤管理制度,医院开展创建“后勤服务示范点”活动,使团队管理方面完善成熟,形成具有中山特色的后勤文化,实现后勤团队建设与医院发展在管理理念、服务要求、行业认可度方面相一致。在有限的人力条件下,运用绩效的杠杆原理,“激活”后勤岗位员工,实现服务的连续、高效,对现代医院后勤管理具有重要意义。
In recent years,the construction scale,equipment quality and the modernization level of logistics management of Zhongshan Hospital have been improved significantly,and the position and role of hospital logistics work in the overall work of hospital management are becoming more and more important.The level of management directly affects the overall service quality of the hospital.In order to further implement the fine management,build the logistics service demonstration standard,establish and perfect the modern logistics management system,the hospital logistics decided to create the“logistics service demonstration site”activity,make the team management perfect and mature,form the logistics culture with Zhongshan characteristics,realize the logistics team building and hospital development in the management concept,service requirements,industry recognition,under limited human conditions,use the performance leverage principle,“activate”logistics post staff,realize the continuous and efficient hospital logistics service,which is of great significance to modern hospital logistics management.
