卫生法律期刊载文的中医药相关法律研究情况分析——以《中国卫生法制》为例

An Analysis of the Legal Research on Chinese Medicine in Journal of Health Law——Taking“Chinese Health Legal System”as an Example

通过中国知网查阅《中国卫生法制》近10年来的电子期刊,刨除期刊中简讯等相关不属于学术论文部分,共刊发学术论文1111篇。查阅这些文章中有无中医、中药、中医药相关法律研究等信息,结果显示共有44篇,总体占比为3.96%,占比较小。据此得出今后要加强中医药相关法律制度、法律规范、法律保护等方面的研究,为我国中医药事业的快速发展提供重要保障。

In the past ten years,the electronic journals of China’s health legal system have been consulted.In addition,1111articles have been published.The results show that there are 44articles,accounting for 3.96%,accounting for a small amount.
