摘要 对深圳前海华润金融中心T3楼大跨度钢桁架结构的同步提升过程进行施工力学模拟。通过提升过程的实时应力应变监测及动态同步提升分析,给出了各种工况下结构的受力形式,并给出减轻提升不同步性的经济及安全措施。研究表明:提升过程中可忽略正常天气风载的影响;结构在同步提升状态下受力和变形均满足规范要求,整个提升过程安全可靠;提升点施加位移差会对结构受力及变形产生一定程度的影响;动态同步提升计算全面地反映了提升过程,可在大跨度钢桁架结构的提.升不同步性计算中广泛应用;实际工程时可将各吊点位移差控制在40mm,以保证施工安全,并提高施工效率。 The construction mechanics simulation of the synchronous lifting process of the large-span steel truss structure of the T3 building in Shenzhen Qianhai China Resources Financial Center is carried out.Through the real-time stress and strain monitoring of the lifting process and the analysis of non-dynamic synchronous lifting,the force form of the structure under various working conditions is given,and economic and safety measures to reduce the lifting asynchrony are given.The research shows that:the influence of normal weather wind load can be ignored during the lifting process,the force and deformation of the structure in the synchronous lifting state meet the requirements of the specification and the entire lifting process is safe and reliable,the displacement difference applied to the lifting point will cause a certain amount of force and deformation of the structure,the dynamic synchronous lifting calculation fully reflects the lifting process and can be widely used in the calculation of the lifting asynchrony of the large-span steel truss structure,the displacement difference of each lifting point can be controlled at 40 mm in actual engineering to ensure construction safety and improve construction efficiency.
