摘要 新型钢支撑体系将取代传统模板中钢管加木方的加固体系,不使用对拉螺杆,使用方圆扣柱箍及钢管代替木龙骨工艺进行应用。该体系大幅加快了柱模板施工进度,减少了木材的消耗成本,提高了柱成型后的整体美观度,确保框柱的施工安全。新型钢支撑体系在本工程的成功应用,为科学合理节约资源、绿色施工提供理论依据,推动建筑行业的健康发展,可为同类工程提供参考。 The new steel support system replaces the traditional formwork with steel pipes and wooden square reinforcement systems.It does not use double-stretch screws,but uses square and round buckle column hoops and steel pipes instead of wooden keels.This system greatly accelerates the construction progress of the column formwork,reduces the cost of wood consumption,improves the overall beauty of the column after forming,and ensures the safety of the frame column.The successful application of the new steel support system in this project provides a theoretical basis for scientifically and rationally saving resources and green construction,and promotes the healthy development of the construction industry,which can provide references for similar projects.
