浅谈国际工程标准化管理

项目标准化管理是将先进的管理理念作为主导,经过对项目组织与实行方式的优化设计,融合科学化的管理方式,把近似工程的有益方法与经验加以复制,逐渐促使工程项目管控从之前的粗放型向当今的规章化、细致化、规范化转型。首先阐述了国际工程标准化管理的必要性,其次详细介绍强化标准化管控的几点措施,希望对相关从事国际工程标准化管理的人员提供参考。

Taking advanced management concepts as the lead,after optimizing the design of project organization and implementation methods,integrating scientific management methods,copying the beneficial methods and experience of similar engineering,and gradually promoting the management and control of engineering projects from the previous extensive type to the current regulatory,meticulous,and standardized transformation.This paper firstly explains the necessity of international engineering standardization management,and then details how to strengthen standardization management and control measures,hoping to provide guidance and reference for relevant personnel engaged in international engineering standardization management.
