Innovation and Practice of General Contracting Management of Large-scale Construction Projects

对于很多大型建筑而言,在施工时一般会采用总承包的方式,并由承包单位对整个施工现场进行管理,这样能在原有的基础上提升了施工效率,切实减少工期拖延的问题,还从根本上减少资金的浪费,对于施工单位和建筑单位都可从中受益。文章对现阶段大型建筑施工项目的运作方式进行了分析和总结,并提出了一些切实可行的工作策略。

For many large-scale buildings,the general contracting method will be adopted during the construction,and the contractor will manage the whole construction site.This construction project management mode can improve the construction efficiency of the whole project on the original basis,and effectively reduce the problem of work delay,reduce the cost of capital fundamentally,which is benifit for both the contractor unit and owner unit.This paper analyzes and summarizes the operation mode of large-scale construction projects,and puts forward some practical working strategies.
