摘要
绿色建筑是建筑业发展的趋势,能最大限度地实现人与自然和谐共生的高质量建筑。模块化设计既是装配式建筑的重要特点,也是实现绿色建筑的重要手段之一。通过对某多层住宅建筑绿色、标准化设计的探索,实现了建筑物节约资源、保护环境、减少污染的功效。同时进行了模块化设计,将整个建筑群简化为标准模块单元拼接而成;通过标准模块单元结构标准化设计,高度统一了构件截面,将标准模块单元设计成由一种柱截面和一种梁截面,通过一种梁柱节点、一种梁梁连接节点、一种柱脚节点连接而成。在生态脆弱的高寒山区建设了可持续保护环境的绿色建筑,同时大幅降低了构件加工难度,降低了加工成本,促进了构件工业化发展,符合绿色建筑产业化、可持续发展的需要。
The harmonious development of human and nature is the trend of building industry.Modular design is an important feature of prefabricated building and one of the important means to realize green building.In this paper,through the exploration of green and standardized design of a multi-storey residential building,which can save resources,protect the environment and reduce pollution.At the same time,modular design is carried out to simplify the whole building complex into standard module units.Through the standardized design of standard module unit structure,the component section is highly unified,and the standard module unit is designed to be composed of a column section and a beam section,which is connected by a beam column joint,a beam beam beam connection node and a column base node.It also greatly reduces the dificulty of component processing,reduces the processing cost,and promotes the development of component industrialization,which meets the needs of green building industrialization and sustainable development.
