济南某产业园项目地基基础沉降及数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 以建设山东哈工大产业园项目为研究对象,进行了地基基础强度和变形的计算,进而对地基基础的沉降进行了分析,有效地控制了地基的沉降及侧向位移。基于实际工程的地基沉降参数做了相应的数值模拟研究,通过ABAQUS软件进行了不同荷载作用下地基基础底面沉降的数值模拟,得出随着加载程度的增加,地基基础的沉降量也在增大。并且在不同的加载范围下地基基础的沉降速率也是有差异的。在加载程度为承载力的70%~90%时,由于土体中所含孔隙水快速被挤出,此时基础沉降速率迅速上升,土体密实度大,孔隙率变小。 Taking the construction of Harbin Institute of Technology Industrial Park in Shandong Province as the research object,this paper calculates the strength and deformation of the foundation,and then analyzes the settlement of the foundation,which effectively controls the settlement and lateral displacement of the foundation.Based on the foundation settlement parameters of the actual project,the corresponding numerical simulation research is carried out by ABAQUS software under different loads.It is concluded that with the increase of loading degree,the settlement of foundation is also increasing.And the settlement rate of foundation is different under different loading range.When the loading degree is 70%~90%of the bearing capacity,due to the rapid extrusion of pore water in the soil,the foundation settlement rate increases rapidly,the soil compactness increases and the porosity decreases.
