摘要 文章根据山东省禽肉生产、屠宰加工、质量安全控制、养殖标准化建设和产品供应链运行的实践经验,详实阐述了我国禽肉产业存在问题、健康禽肉内涵与推行意义、健康禽肉供应链设计步骤与内容、健康禽肉认证组织程序、健康禽肉赋码方法、健康禽肉供应链实施措施、健康禽肉标准制定等内容,为推动我国禽肉类供应链闭环管理、促进产品赋码销售、提升产品质量安全提供技术支撑。 Based on the practical experience of Shandong′ s poultry meat production, slaughter and processing,quality and safety control, breeding standardization and product supply chain operation, this article elaborated on the problems in our country′s poultry industry, the connotation and the significance of healthy poultry meat promotion, the steps and contents involved in supply chain design, the certification and organization procedures, the coding methods,the supply chain implementation measures, and the standards formulation. This article aimed to provide technical support for promoting closed-loop management of our country′s poultry meat supply chain, promote product coded sales, and improve product quality and safety.
