摘要 试验旨在研究β-胡萝卜素和维生素A的添加对蛋雏鸡生长性能和脂质代谢的影蛋鸡随机分为12组,每组8个重复,每个重复10只,采用两因素交叉分组有重复试验设计,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别添加0、60、120 mg/kgβ-胡萝卜素以及0、5 000、10 000、表明:维生素A添加显著提高了42日龄蛋雏鸡体重(P<0.01),提高了蛋雏鸡血清中甘油三酯(TG)含量,提高了21日龄血清中脂联素(ADPN)和42日龄血清中胰岛素(INS)含量(0.01<P<0.05);β-胡萝卜素添加显著提高了42日龄蛋雏鸡体重(P<0.01),提高了42日龄蛋雏鸡血清中TG含量,显著降低了低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)含量(P<0.01),显著提高了INS和ADPN含量(P<0.01)。研究结果提示,在调节蛋雏鸡生长性能方面,β-胡萝卜素和维生素A发挥相似的作用;在调节蛋雏鸡脂质代谢方面,β-胡萝卜素具有代替维生素A的作用。 The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of dietary β-carotene and vitamin A on growthperformance and lipid metabolism of laying chicks, to provide a theoretical basis for the use of these two intrinsicallyrelated substances in the production of chicks. Nine hundred and sixty one-day-age Jinghong No.1 laying hens wererandomly allotted to 12 groups, with 8 replicates in each group and 10 chicks in each replicate. A two factor crossoverexperiment was used in the current study. The control group was fed with basal diet, and the treatment groups were fedwith basal diet added with β-carotene of 0, 60 and 120 mg/kg and vitamin A of 0, 5 000, 10 000, 15 000 IU/kg. Theexperimental period was 42 days, and body weight, tibia length and serum level of lipid content at the age of 21 and42 days were detected. The results showed that: supplementation of Vitamin A increased the serum level of triglyceride(TG), enhanced the serum levels of adiponectin(ADPN) at the age of 21 days and significantly enhanced the body weightof laying chicks(P<0.01), increased the serum levels of insulin(INS) at the age of 42 days(0.01<P<0.05). Supplementationof β-carotene significantly improved the body weight of laying chicks(P<0.01), increased the serum levels of TG at42 days of age, significantly decreased the serum level of LDL-C(P<0.01), significantly increased the serum level ofINS and ADPN(P<0.01). In conclusion, β-carotene and vitamin A play a similar role in the growth performance oflaying chicks, and β-carotene can replace vitamin A in regulating lipid metabolism in laying chicks.
