日粮中微量元素添加水平和形式对肉鸭生长性能和鸭粪微量元素含量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 试验旨在研究基础日粮中添加不同水平和形式的微量元素对肉鸭生长性能和鸭粪微量元素含量的影响。选取1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭1260只,分为3个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复105只。处理1组为正对照组(PC),饲喂基础日粮(按照樱桃谷肉鸭微量元素推荐标准添加无机微量元素),处理2组为负对照组(NC),添加推荐标准50%的无机微量元素,处理3组为有机组(OM),添加推荐标准50%的有机微量元素。结果显示:与正对照组相比,日粮添加50%有机或无机微量元素对肉鸭各阶段及全期生长性能、屠宰性能均无显著影响(P>0.05);日粮添加不同水平和形式的微量元素对肉鸭粪便Fe含量无显著影响(P>0.05),Mn、Cu、Zn含量差异显著(P<0.05),PC组肉鸭粪便Mn、Cu、Zn含量均显著高于NC、OM组(P<0.05),OM组粪便Mn含量显著高于NC组(P<0.05),NC组和OM组的粪便Cu、Zn含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验结果表明:日粮添加不同水平和形式的微量元素对肉鸭生长性能和屠宰性能影响无显著差异,但能显著降低粪便中微量元素含量。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different levels and forms of trace elements in basal diet on growth performance and trace elements content in feces of meat ducks. One thousand two hundred and sixty one-day-age Cherry Valley ducks were selected and divided into 3 treatments with 4 replicates in each treatment and 105 ducks in each replicate. Treatment group 1(PC) was fed with basal diet(supplemented with inorganic trace elements according to the recommended standard of microelements for Cherry Valley meat ducks), treatment group 2(NC) was supplemented with 50% inorganic trace elements of the recommended standard, and treatment group 3 was treated with organic microelements(OM) supplemented with 50% recommended organic trace elements. The results showed that compared with the positive control group, 50% organic or inorganic trace elements had no significant effect on growth performance and slaughter performance of meat ducks at all stages and in the whole period(P>0.05).Different levels and forms of trace elements had no significant effect on Fe content in duck feces(P>0.05), but had significant differences in Mn, Cu and Zn contents(P<0.05). The contents of Mn, Cu and Zn in feces of PC were significantly higher than those of NC and OM(P<0.05), and the content of Mn in feces of OM was significantly higher than that of NC(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in fecal Cu and Zn contents between NC and OM(P>0.05).It was indicated that the effects of different levels and forms of trace elements on growth performance and slaughter performance of meat ducks had no significant difference, which could significantly reduce the content of trace elements in feces.
