摘要
探讨了再生涤纶闪光防紫外面料的生产要点。介绍了经纬纱的性能。经纬纱选用不同性能、捻度和捻向的再生涤纶长丝。通过合理调整络丝、倍捻和定形工艺参数,采用分条整经,适当增大织造上机张力,采用高温高压气流染色等工艺措施,成功开发出再生涤纶闪光防紫外面料。测试结果表明:开发的面料性能满足相关国家标准要求,开发的织物可用于制作高档休闲服装。
The main production points of regenerated polyester with gleaming and anti-UV performance are discussed.The material properties of the warp and weft are introduced.Recycled polyester filaments with different properties,twist and twist direction are selected for warp and weft yarns.By adjusting the process parameters of winding,double twisting and setting,slitting and warping,increasing the weaving tension properly and adopting high temperature and high pressure air flow dyeing,the regenerated polyester with gleaming and anti UV performance is successfully developed.The test results show that the properties of the developed fabric meet the requirements of relevant national standards,and the developed fabric can be used to make high-grade leisure clothing.
