摘要
以脉动集聚纺为研究对象,通过ANSYS软件对现有集聚纺装置及脉动集聚纺装置的集聚区气流分布规律进行比较。通过纺纱试验,从条干、毛羽、强力方面对两种装置的纺纱性能进行对比分析。得出结论:脉动集聚纺技术可在保证纺纱品质不受损的前提下,提高集聚效率,优化气流分布,降低集聚所需负压,具有良好的发展前景。
Taking pulse agglomeration spinning as the main research object,the air distribution law of agglomeration area of existing agglomeration spinning device and pulse agglomeration spinning device are compared and analyzed by ANSYS software.Through spinning test,the spinning performance of the two devices is compared and analyzed from the aspects of evenness,hairiness and strength.It is concluded that the pulse compact spinning technology could improve the agglomeration efficiency,optimize the air distribution,reduce the negative pressure required by agglomeration and have good development potential on the premise of ensuring the spinning quality without damage.
