白玉兰和二乔玉兰的开花期观察和花粉萌发比较 被引量:3

Observation on Flowering Stage and Pollen Germination of Magnolia denudata and Magnolia soulangeana

摘要 以济宁学院校园中的白玉兰和二乔玉兰为材料,观察了两种玉兰开花期、花部形态特征等差异特点,并对它们的花粉萌发特性进行了比较。试验结果表明:从总体看,白玉兰比二乔玉兰的开花期早;二乔玉兰比白玉兰的花期略长;白玉兰比二乔玉兰花的个体略大;两种玉兰花开放的四个时期花器官干鲜重变化的趋势大体相同。将两种玉兰的新鲜花粉放在不同蔗糖和硼酸配比的培养基中,置于恒温培养箱中分别培养2h,4h,6h,8h后发现,两种玉兰的花粉萌发和花粉管生长状况均在6h达到最好;白玉兰在蔗糖10g/L,硼酸200mg/L浓度下花粉萌发率最高,达到44.10%。二乔玉兰在蔗糖10g/L,硼酸300mg/L浓度下花粉萌发率最高,达到41.00%。 Magnolia denudata and Magnolia soulangeana of Jining Uiversity campus were used as materials.The differences of flowering period,morphological features of flowers etc.of two kinds of magnolia were observed.Their pollen germination characteristics were compared.The experimental results were showed:overall,flowering time of Magnolia denudata was earlier,flowering stage of Magnolia soulangeana was slightly longer than the Magnolia denudata The flower of Magnolia denudata’s was larger than the Magnolia soulangeana.The change trend of dry fresh weight of flower organs in the four periods of blooming of two kinds of magnolia flowers was similar.The fresh pollen of two kinds of magnolia was placed in medium with different ratio of sucrose and boric acid.After 2 h,4 h,6 h,8 h in a incubator,it was found that both pollen germination and pollen tube growth were the best in 6 h;When the medium contained sucrose 10 g/L and boric acid 200 mg/L,the pollen germination rate of Magnolia denudata was the highest and it was 44.10%.When the medium contained sucrose 10 g/L and boric acid 300 mg/L,the pollen germination rate of Magnolia soulangeana was the highest and it was 41.00%.
