高校思想政治教育工作关系到高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人、为谁培养人的根本问题,是新时代建设中国特色社会主义的灵魂工程。思想政治教育过程的系统性,以及以德树人、育人、养人的功能取向,决定了思想政治教育与知识体系教育有机统一的内在必然性,亦决定了"思政课程"与"课程思政"协同育人的客观必然性。为此,在准确把握思想政治教育改革方向基础上,以系统的协同思维深入剖析现状问题、影响因素,科学构建协同育人长效机制,具有重要价值与意义。

Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is related to what kind of people colleges and universities train,how to train,whom to train for,which is the soul project of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The systematic process of ideological and political education,as well as the functional orientation of fostering,educating and establishing morality and cultivating people,determines the internal inevitability of the organic unity of ideological and political education and knowledge system education,as well as the objective inevitability of the coordinated education of"ideological politics course,"and"course ideological politics".Therefore,on the basis of grasping the direction of ideological and political education reform accurately,it is of great value and significance to analyze the current problems and influencing factors in depth with systematic collaborative thinking and to construct a long term mechanism of collaborative education scientifically.
