一种麻类育秧膜的开发

摘要 采用可降解的红麻纤维与落麻纤维作为原料制备纤网,再使用黏合剂制备红麻/落麻育秧膜。研究原料配比、黏合剂种类及黏合剂质量分数对红麻/落麻育秧膜力学性能、吸湿性、透气性及均匀性的影响,并进行种植试验。结果表明红麻/落麻育秧膜最优制备工艺是红麻纤维与落麻纤维质量配比为2∶8、黏合剂为纤维素类胶黏剂,黏合剂质量分数为2.5%;按最优制备工艺制备的红麻/落麻育秧膜的断裂强力为23.8 N,吸收量为8.87,透气率为2930 mm/s,面密度CV值为6.0%。种植试验表明,红麻/落麻育秧膜可加快种子的发芽,令芽苗粗壮、根系旺盛,值得在插秧、育秧环节中应用与推广。 The degradable kenaf fibers and bast noil fibers were used as raw materials to prepare fiber webs,and then the adhesive was used to prepare the kenaf/bast noil seedling membranes.The effects of raw material mass ratio,adhesive type and adhesive mass fraction on mechanical properties,moisture absorption,air permeability and uniformity of kenaf/bast noil seedling membranes were studied,and the planting experiments were carried out.The results showed that the optimal preparation process of kenaf/bast noil seedling membrane was that the mass ratio of kenaf fibers and bast noil fibers was 2∶8,and the adhesive was cellulose adhesive,and the adhesive mass fraction was 2.5%.And according to the optimal preparation process,the breaking strength,the absorption,the air permeability and the surface density CV value of prepared kenaf/bast noil seedling membrane were 23.8 N,8.87,2930 mm/s and 6.0%respectively.Planting experiments showed that,the kenaf/bast noil seedling membrane could accelerate the germination of seeds,and make the sprouts strong and the roots vigorous,which was worth applying and popularizing in transplanting and raising seedlings.
