摘要
本文采用流变相法合成纳米二氧化钛前驱体苯甲酸钛,然后将前驱体苯甲酸钛在800℃条件下煅烧2 h,利用苯甲酸钛高温热分解得到纳米二氧化钛。通过用X-射线衍射(XRD),透射电镜(TEM)对产物的组成、形貌进行表征,并对前驱体进行红外吸收光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱进行分析。结果表明:得到的纳米二氧化钛的晶型为锐钛矿,形貌呈球形。
The precursors of nano-TiO_(2),titanium benzoate,were synthesized by the rheological phase reaction method,followed by the high temperature thermaldecomposition to form nano-TiO_(2).The crystal structure and morphology of the as-prepared nano-TiO_(2)were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)measurements,respectively.Infrared(IR)was used to analyzed the precursors structure.The results showed that the as-obtained nano-TiO_(2)particles were anatase phase with sphere-like structures.
