摘要 超细硅灰石经铝酸酯偶联剂表面偶联处理,与聚丙烯熔融共混制备改性聚丙烯。研究超细硅灰石的加入及铝酸酯偶联剂处理对聚丙烯性能的影响。结果表明,超细硅灰石的加入可以提高聚丙烯的拉伸强度、冲击强度、维卡软化温度和硬度。超细硅灰石经过铝酸酯偶联剂表面处理后,聚丙烯性能进一步提高。表面处理超细硅灰石改性聚丙烯的拉伸强度在超细硅灰石为10份时提高最多,为35.51 MPa,比未表面处理的提高了9.2%。冲击强度在超细硅灰石为30份时提高最多,为8.49 KJ/m^(2),比未表面处理的提高了17%。维卡软化温度比未表面处理少量提高。 Superfine wollastonite was surface coupled with aluminate coupling agent and melt blended with polypropylene to prepare modified polypropylene.The effects of superfine wollastonite and aluminate coupling agent on the properties of polypropylene were studied.The results show that the tensile strength,impact strength,Vicat softening temperature and hardness of polypropylene can be improved by adding ultrafine wollastonite.The properties of polypropylene were further improved after superfine wollastonite was treated with aluminate coupling agent.The tensile strength of polypropylene modified by wollastonite increased by 35.51 MPa when the content of wollastonite was 10 phr,which was 9.2%higher than that of untreated polypropylene.The impact strength increased most when the filling amount was 30 phr,which was 8.49 kJ/m^(2),17%higher than that of the untreated.Vicat softening temperature is slightly higher than that of untreated.
