摘要
运用有限元软件ANSYS分析了高压容器筒体和球形封头连接处焊接区温度场和残余应力的分布规律。结果表明,焊接过程中焊接区温度分布不均匀,焊缝及熔合区温度最高,焊缝周围区域金属的温度急速下降。焊接区残余应力关于焊缝中心呈对称分布,最大残余应力出现在焊缝及熔合区处,最大残余应力约为1750 MPa,残余应力沿焊缝中心向边缘处先增加后衰减。
The finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the temperature field and residual stress distribution of the welding zone at the joint between the cylinder and the spherical head of the high pressure vessel.The results show that the temperature distribution at the welding zone is uneven during the welding process,the temperature of the weld and the fusion zone is the highest,and the temperature of the metal around the weld drops rapidly.The residual stress of the welding zone is symmetrically distributed with respect to the center of the weld.The maximum residual stress appears in the weld and at the fusion zone,and the maximum residual stress is about 1750 MPa.The residual stress first increases and then decreases along the center of the weld to the edge of the weld.
