气相色谱法测定乳康颗粒中乙酸辛酯的含量 被引量:2

摘要 建立乳康颗粒中乳香有效成分乙酸辛酯含量的检测方法。运用安捷伦色谱柱DB-WAX(30 mm×0.32 mm×0.50μm)和FID检测器(氢火焰离子化检测器),在检测器温度为300℃,气化室温度为290℃,色谱柱初始温度为50℃,维持1 min,以10℃/min的速率升至200℃,保持8 min,气体流量为氮气30.0 mL/min、氢气50.0 mL/min、空气500.0 mL/min,分流比为10∶1,进样体积1μL的条件下,实现了乳康颗粒中乙酸辛酯含量的检测分析。乙酸辛酯在29.24~146.21μg/mL线性良好,R^(2)=0.9984,平均回收率为104.4%,RSD为2.8%。该方法稳定可靠,简便可行,重复性好,专属性强,可用于乳康颗粒的质量控制。 A detection method for the content of octyl acetate from frankincense in Rukang granules was established.The determination of octyl Acetate in Rukang granules was realized by using Agilent technologies column DB-WAX(30 mm×0.32 mm×0.50μm)and FID detector(hydrogen flame ionization detector).FID was 300℃and gasification chamber temperature was 290℃.Gas flow was nitrogen(30.0 mL/min),hydrogen(50.0 mL/min)and air(500.0 mL/min)at the 10∶1 split ratio with 1μL injection volume.Column temperature increased from 50℃to 200℃at the speed of 10℃/min.The linearity of octyl acetate was good in the range of 29.24~146.21μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9984),the average recovery was 104.4%and the RSD was 2.8%.The method is stable,reliable,simple and feasible,reproducible,and specific,and can be used for quality control of Rukang granules.
