摘要
罗丹明类荧光探针基于吡喃型氧杂蒽母体结构,兼具有共轭结构与刚性平面,表现可见光区至近红外光区的长波激发与发射,进行光学性能分析时背景荧光干扰较少、检测过程直观可视,此外,因其结构的可修饰特性,罗丹明具有数量众多的衍生物,在小分子信标物的荧光标记研究中表现良好,具有广泛的应用前景。综述了近年来罗丹明类荧光探针进行改性修饰的类型和方法,探讨了罗丹明衍生物的结构与光学特性,并对其在化学、生物学、医学等多学科领域与实际工作中的荧光标记研究进行了分析展望。
Rhodamine fluorescent probes,which were constructed on the xanthene nucleus and incorporated large conjugated structure and rigid planarity,generally have long wavelength absorption and emission located in visible to near infrared regions.In the practical detections,the mentioned characteristics of rhodamine could avoid background interferences and provide critical and visible information for the assessments of targets,making rhodamine and its numerous derivatives widely-used and highly-demanded markers in the fluorescent labeling studies of small molecule messengers.The main preparation methods for the modification of rhodamine fluorescent probes are reviewed in this paper.The relationship between the rhodamine structure and fluorescent properties is analyzed.Moreover,researches on fluorescent labelling of the rhodamine fluorescent probes applied in multiple fields,such as chemistry,biology and medicine,are described here for better applications of rhodamine fluorescent probes.
