三金属NiFeGa水滑石材料的制备及其电解水析氧性能 被引量:1

摘要 NiFe水滑石材料(NiFe-LDH)是非贵金属基析氧催化剂的基准催化剂.如何进一步提升该催化剂的本征活性是一个巨大的挑战.通过水热法将Ga^(3+)嵌入NiFe-LDH成功的制备了三金属NiFeGa-LDH电催化剂.通过X射线衍射图、拉曼谱、傅里叶转换红外光谱以及扫描电子显微镜确定Ga^(3+)成功的嵌入了NiFe-LDH结构中.电化学性能研究表明三金属NiFeGa-LDH具有良好的析氧活性和稳定性.在1.0 M KOH溶液中,当电流密度达到10 mA·cm^(-2)时,该催化剂的过电势只有265 mV,塔菲尔斜率为70 mV·dec^(-1).这也许是因为Ga3+促进了Ni与Fe电子之间的相互作用从而提升了该催化剂的本征活性.为未来设计和制备新型三金属基电催化剂提供了普适性策略. NiFe layered double hydroxides(NiFe-LDH)is a benchmark catalyst among the non-precious metal-based catalyst toward oxygen evolution reaction.How to further improve the intrinsic activity of NiFe-LDH is a huge challenge.In this paper,we successfully prepared the NiFeGa-LDH by hydrothermal method.Ga^(3+)was incorporated into NiFe-LDH matrix,which was confirmed by X-ray diffraction,Raman,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy.Electrochemical measurements demonstrate that trimetallic NiFeGa-LDH has a highly intrinsic activity and long-term stability.The NiFeGa-LDH required an overpotential of 265 mV at the current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2) and a low Tafel slope of 70 mV·dec^(-1) in 1.0 M KOH solution.This may because Ga^(3+)can promote the electronic interaction between Ni and Fe in trimetallic NiFeGa-LDH.This work provides a general strategy for designing and synthesizing novel trimetallic-based electrocatalysts in the future.
