摘要
电力市场改革不断向前推进,现货试点省份的现货市场已正式试运行。在此背景下研究了现货模式下的基本购电流程,对发电侧制定差价合约和现货合约组合竞价策略,通过差价合约为其锁定收益,规避现货价格波动的风险。研究构建基于合约与现货联合竞价的发电侧竞价模型,分析现货模式下发电侧的竞价组合策略的收益,为发电侧规避现货市场价格风险提供方法,最大化发电公司的收益,推进电力市场平稳有序发展。
Electricity market reform has been furthered and spot markets in pilot provinces are operating on a trial basis.In the context,the paper studies the electricity purchasing process under the spot mode and formulates a joint bidding strategy of contract for difference(CFD)and spot contract.Through CFD,the revenue can be locked and the risk of spot price fluctuation can be avoided.This paper studies to map out a generation side bidding strategy based on combined bidding of contract and spot and analyzes the revenue of the generation side combined bidding strategy under spot mode,providing a method for preventing spot market price risk,maximizing the revenue of power generation enterprises and promoting stable and orderly development of electricity market.
