健康人外耳道分泌物微生物分离培养和鉴定 被引量:1

Isolation,culturing and identification of microbes in external ear canal of healthy people

摘要 目的通过研究健康人外耳道微生物数量和菌群结构,为健康人外耳道微生物正常基线的研究提供依据。方法收集40例无外耳及中耳疾病的健康大学生的双耳听力数据;采用微生物分离培养的方法,对80例耳道分泌物(干型分泌物与湿性分泌物比例3∶1)进行菌落计数及鉴定。干型耳与湿型耳的纯音测听数据均在正常范围内。结果干型耳道分泌物微生物主要在1 cfu/ml~10~4cfu/ml,而75%湿型耳道分泌物的微生物数量在10~4cfu/ml以上。80例分泌物共分离到215株菌,其中革兰阳性球菌206株,革兰阴性杆菌8株,酵母菌1株;以葡萄球菌为主,其中前4位分别为头葡萄球菌、人葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、耳葡萄球菌。结论湿型分泌物与干型分泌物的外耳道微环境不同,湿型耳道分泌物微生物菌群数量明显高于干型耳道分泌物,而湿型耳道分泌物的菌群种类少于干型耳道分泌物。 Objective To study micro flora in external ear canal of healthy people,so as to provide basis for the study of normal microbial baseline of external auditory canal in healthy people.Methods The binaural hearing data of 40 healthy undergraduate students without ear and middle ear diseases were collected,in which the ratio of dry to wet secretions was 3∶1.The total of 80 auricle secretions were counted and analyzed by isolation and culture method.The pure tone audiometry data of dry ear and wet ear were within the normal range.Results The number of the microorganism of dry ear canal secretion was from 1 cfu/ml to 10~4 cfu/ml.A total of 215 strains were isolated from 80 secretions,206 Gram-positive cocci,8 Gram-negative bacilliand one yeast,respectively.Staphylococcus was the dominant,and the top four were Staphylococcus capitis,Staphylococcus hominis,Staphylococcus epidermidis,and Staphylococcus auricularis.Conclusion Owing to the different microenvironment of wet and dry secretions,the number of microflora of wet ear canal secretions was significantly more than that of dry ear canal secretions,but the number of microflora of wet ear canal secretions was significantly less than that of dry ear canal secretions.
