Drug resistance and regional evolution of Streptococcus agalactiae in Fuzhou City in 2019

摘要 目的调查2019年福州地区无乳链球菌(Group B Streptococcus,GBS)的抗药性及其区域并进化分析,为细菌抗性分型以及临床用药提供参考。方法使用VITEK 2 Compact微生物鉴定系统检测GBS的抗药性,通过系统发育分析2019年福州地区GBS的区域进化和抗性分型。结果福州地区2019年GBS菌株对不同抗菌药物存在不同的抗性效应。其已对大环内酯类、林可霉素类以及四环素类抗菌药产生普遍抗性,对喹诺酮类抗生素表现出较高的抗药性,而对糖肽类、青霉素类和头孢菌素类抗生素敏感,系统进化分析表明福州地区2019年分离的GBS菌株共分为4种抗性类型。结论福州地区GBS对多种抗菌药物已产生抗性,虽然目前对青霉素类抗生素仍敏感,但已进化出不同的抗性类型,且不同抗性类型在整个福州市区人群中分散存在,因此有必要加强对该菌的预防和监测,以促进临床精准用药。 Objective To investigate the drug resistance of Streptococcus agalactiae(Group B Streptococcus,GBS)in Fuzhou City in 2019 and analyze its regional evolution,providing a reference for bacterial resistance typing and the rational use of antibiotic clinically.Methods VITEK 2 Compact microbial identification system was used to detect the drug resistance of GBS,and phylogenetic analysis was used to analyze the regional evolution and resistance typing of GBS in Fuzhou City in 2019.Results There are different resistance effects of GBS strains to different antimicrobial agents in Fuzhou in 2019.It has developed high resistance to macrolides,lincomycin and tetracycline antibiotics.It has high resistance to quinolones.However,it is sensitive to glycopeptides,penicillins and cephalosporins antibiotics.Phylogenetic analysis showed that GBS strains isolated from Fuzhou in 2019 can be divided into four resistance types.Conclusion GBS bacteria have developed resistance to a variety of antimicrobial agents in Fuzhou.Although it is still sensitive to penicillin antibiotics,different types of resistance have evolved,and those different types of resistance all existed in the whole large population.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and monitoring of GBS to promote the rational use of antibiotics.
