摘要
目的分析抗缪勒管激素(AMH)与黄体生成素(LH)/卵泡刺激素(FSH)比值之间的相关性,探讨其在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)诊断中的预测价值。方法选取2019年本院确诊的110例PCOS患者为试验组,55例健康育龄女性为对照组,统计身高、体质量,计算体质量指数(BMI),并分别检测血清AMH、LH、FSH等内分泌激素相关指标,计算LH/FSH比值,并进行相关性分析。结果 PCOS组血清AMH、LH、LH/FSH比值水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但2组间FSH水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Pearson相关分析发现,PCOS组患者血清AMH与LH/FSH比值呈正相关(r=0.215,P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示,AMH、LH/FSH、AMH+LH/FSH的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.763、0.841、0.859,其中AMH+LH/FSH的AUC面积最大,其对应的敏感度为0.776,特异度为0.818。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者血清AMH水平与LH/FSH之间存在一定相关性,两者联合检测具有更好的临床预测价值。
Objective The correlation between AMH and LH/FSH ratio was analyzed to explore its predictive value in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 110 PCOS patients diagnosed in this hospital were selected as the PCOS group and 55 healthy women of childbearing age as the control group.Height and body mass were counted,and body mass index(BMI)was calculated.Endocrine hormone related indexes such as AMH,LH and FSH in serum were detected respectively.The ratio of LH/FSH was calculated and the correlation analysis was conducted.Results t test was used to detect the serum levels of AMH,LH,and LH/FSH ratios in the PCOS group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance on the difference in FSH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Then,through Pearson correlation analysis,it was found that the serum AMH and LH/FSH ratios of patients with PCOS group were positively correlated(r=0.215,P<0.05).Finally,by plotting the ROC curve,it is observed that the area under the curve(AUC)of AMH,LH/FSH,AMH+LH/FSH is 0.763,0.841,and 0.859,respectively.Among them,the AUC area of AMH+LH/FSH is the largest,and its sensitivity is 0.776 with a specificity of0.818.Conclusion There is a certain correlation between serum AMH levels and LH/FSH in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,and the combined detection of the two has greater clinical predictive value.
