摘要
在南方潮湿地区,生土建筑存在围护结构破坏、室内潮湿等湿问题。本文以重庆地区为例,通过热湿耦合仿真模拟,分析降雨以及外墙憎水处理对生土建筑围护结构及室内湿环境的影响,并通过正交试验和方差分析研究外立面处理方式、墙体厚度、换气次数和室内湿源等因素的相对影响。结果表明,降雨及憎水处理均会对生土建筑产生明显影响。正交试验及方差分析发现,生土建筑外墙外表面湿过程主要受外立面处理方式的影响,外墙中部湿过程主要受换气次数和外立面处理方式的影响,外墙内表面及室内相对湿度主要受换气次数的影响。
In the humid region of South China,earth buildings are facing moisture-related problems,such as the damage of enclosure and indoor dampness.In this study,hygrothermal simulation is used to analyze the impact of rainfall and facade hydrophobization on the hygric performance of enclosure and indoor humidity in Chongqing.Orthogonal tests and variance analysis are also adopted to investigate the relative influence of facade treatment,wall thickness,ventilation rate and indoor humidity source.Results show that both rainfall and hydrophobization treatment have a significant impact on earth buildings.Orthogonal tests and variance analysis demonstrate that the hygric performance of the exterior of the external wall is mainly affected by the facade treatment,and in the middle of the external wall,the ventilation rate and the facade treatment play the main roles.The interior surface and indoor humidity are mainly affected by the ventilation rate.
