人造板甲醛检测方法标准对比分析 被引量:4

Comparison of Formaldehyde Test Standards for Wood-Based Panels

摘要 人造板是室内装修材料中甲醛的重要污染源之一。本文通过对比中国、美国、日本、欧洲和国际标准化组织人造板甲醛检测方法标准,对5种主要检测方法的经济性、时效性与适用性进行多维度对比分析,并通过实验的方法对中美两国干燥器法标准进行分析比较。从对比结果来看,干燥器法在材料质检和工程应用中适用性较好。中国GB/T 17657-2013与美国ASTM D5582-14干燥器法应用于密度板与多层板的检测时,2种标准测试结果相对偏差系数低于15%;而应用于刨花板检测时,2种方法测试结果相对偏差系数高于39%,检测结果无法直接进行比较。 Wood-based panel is one of the most important indoor air pollution sources in interior decoration materials. In this paper,method standards for formaldehyde emission in wood-based panels in China,the United States,Japan, Europe, and ISO are compared, a comprehensive analysis including cost, efficiency, and applicability of five test methods is conducted. The difference between desiccator method of China and U. S. was compared by experiments. In conclusion, desiccator method is better for quality inspection and engineering applications. For high density board and composite board,the relative deviation coefficient of the two standard test results is less than 15%. However,for particle board,the relative deviation coefficient is higher than 39%,and the test results cannot be directly compared.
