摘要
塑料模具是产品成型的核心部件,在模具设计与制造专业教学中成本较高,通常使用工业用的模架进行实训教学。通过对工业标准模架本体进行结构技术改造,使其能长期安装在注塑机上,修模时模架本体不需要从注塑机上重复拆装;并设计了快换式的模芯,实现了与改进后的模架本体通配。
Plastic mold is the core component of product molding,and the cost is relatively high in the teaching of mold design and manufacturing course.Industrial mold bases are usually used for practical training.Through the structural and technical transformation of the industry standard mold holder body,it can be installed on the injection molding machine for a long time.When the mold is repaired,the mold holder body does not need to be repeatedly disassembled and assembled from the injection molding machine;while a quick-change mold core is designed to match the improved mold holder body.
