摘要
基于有限元分析软件Deform-3D建立了符合实际生产的316不锈钢环件热力耦合三维有限元模型。首先研究了径轴向环件轧制过程中的等效应变、温度场、轧制力能参数和金属流动速度场的变化规律;其次从环坯初始温度、驱动辊转速和芯辊进给速度三方面探讨了如何优选轧环机的问题;最后为验证本文模拟所得参数的可靠性进行了试验研究。将径轴向环件轧制成形仿真和试验研究直接关联,进行一系列的工艺参数及成形成性规律研究,为大型环件实际生产提供了一定的参考价值。
Based on the finite element analysis software Deform-3D,the thermo-mechanical coupling three-dimensional finite element model of 316 stainless steel ring fittings has been established in accordance with the actual production.Firstly,the equivalent strain,temperature field,rolling force and energy parameters and the change law of the metal flow velocity field in the radial and axial ring rolling process have been studied;secondly,the way to select optimum ring rolling mill has been put forward from the three aspects including the initial temperature of the ring blank,the driving roll speed and the mandrel feeding speed.Finally,an experimental study has been carried out to verify the reliability of the parameters simulated in the text.The simulation of radial and axial ring rolling is directly related to the experimental research in the text,and a series of process parameters and forming laws have been studied,which provides a certain reference value for the actual production of large rings.
