摘要 液压支架零件在淬火过程中产生大量的油烟,生产过程中废气的无组织排放,不仅造成环境污染,也对人员健康造成影响。通过对淬火油烟的收集、降温除尘、净化处理等实现油烟废气的有组织排放,使废气排放达到国家和地方标准,彻底解决环境污染和人员健康问题。 A lot of oily smoke took place during the quenching process of hydraulic support parts,and the unorganized emission of exhaust gas during the production process not only causes environmental pollution,but also affects the health of personnel.The organized emission of oil fume and exhaust gas is realized through the collection of quenching oil fume,cooling and dust removal,purification treatment,etc.,so that the exhaust gas emission meets national and local standards which completely solves the problems of environmental pollution and personnel hazards.
