摘要 根据七O砂铸造工艺和呋喃树脂自硬砂的铸造工艺特点,对采用呋喃树脂自硬砂铸造工艺试制生产密接式车钩过程中产生的表面裂纹、水平流痕和尺寸变化的原因进行分析,通过模型修改和铸造工艺改进,使铸件尺寸符合产品毛坯图要求,并消除密接式车钩的裂纹和水平流痕铸造缺陷。 According to the casting process characteristics of 7O sand casting process and furan resin self-hardening sand,the reasons for surface cracks,horizontal flow marks and dimensional changes during the trial production of close-fitting coupler by using furan resin self-hardening sand casting process have been analyzed.Through model modification and casting process improvement,the size of the castings can meet the requirements of the product blank drawing,and the cracks and horizontal flow marks casting defects of the close-fitting coupler have been eliminated.
