摘要
民营企业作为我国创新的重要主体,在促进创新水平提升方面发挥了重要作用。采用2006-2014年五次民营企业抽样调查数据进行实证分析,考察员工在职培训对民营企业创新绩效的影响效果及其异质性表现。结果表明:员工在职培训会对民营企业创新绩效产生正向作用,且这种作用会随着营商环境的改善而提高;异质性表现方面,有对外联系、地处东部地区、规模较小或从事第三产业的企业,员工在职培训对企业创新绩效的影响作用更为显著。由此可见,员工在职培训是民营企业积累人力资本的重要途径,对企业创新绩效提升具有重要作用,因此,政府部门宜鼓励企业加大员工在职培训投入力度,重视创造良好的发展环境,加强民营企业对外联系,以提升创新水平。
As an important innovation subject in China,private enterprises have played a significant role in promoting the improvement of China's innovation level.This paper uses the sample survey date for private enterprises of five times from 2006 to 2014 to conduct an empirical research,and finds the effect and heterogeneous performance of the employee's on-the-job training on the innovation performance of private enterprise.The results show that the on-the-job training of employees will have a positive effect on the innovation performance of private enterprises,and the positive effect of the on-the-job training of employees will increase as the business environment improves;In the aspect of heterogeneity,enterprises with external contact,located in the eastern region,small scale or engaged in the tertiary industry have more significant influence on the innovation performance of enterprises.Our paper enriches the relevant theories about the affect of the on-the-job training on enterprises innovation performance,provides relevant suggestions for better playing the positive role of the employee on-the-job training on the innovation performance of private enterprises.
