对转双叶轮潮流能发电装置次级透平设计方法与实验

摘要 提出一种对转双透平水平轴潮流能发电透平的设计方法,使用流体仿真软件模拟通过前透平后流体速度场及流动发展参数,确定双透平最佳间距及后透平最佳直径,进而通过将非定常流动平均化为定常流动,同时通过在叶素理论中加入切向速度以及动量理论中加入流动发展参数,改进得到适合后透平设计的叶素动量理论,完成后透平叶片的设计,并通过实验验证此设计方法可提升潮流能的利用效率。 A design method for the contra-rotating dual horizontal tidal current turbine is proposed.The velocity field and flow development parameters of the fluid after passing the front turbine is simulated by using the fluid simulation software,and the optimal interval of the dual turbine and the diameter of the rear turbine are determined.Then,the unsteady flow is averaged into a steady flow.At the same time,by adding the tangential velocity into the blade element theory and adding the flow development parameters into the momentum theory,the blade element momentum theory is improved,which is more suitable for designing of the rear turbine.The blade design of the rear turbine is completed and it is proved by experiment that this design method can improve the efficiency of the tidal current turbine.
