摘要
为了克服传统多电平逆变器不能升降压的缺点,将Z源阻抗网络引入传统单相全桥中点钳位型(NPC)逆变器。通过对Z源型单相全桥NPC逆变器工作原理的详细分析,采用单相多电平空间矢量调制方法,将直通状态导入冗余矢量,对冗余矢量进行合理组合后可实现逆变器的中点电位自平衡和升降压输出。在理论分析的基础上,对Z源型单相全桥NPC逆变器进行仿真和实验,结果证明了拓扑结构的优越性及调制策略的可行性。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional multilevel inverter which cannot rise and fall voltage,the Z-source impedance network is introduced into the traditional single-phase full-bridge neutral-point-clamped(NPC)inverter.Through the detailed analysis of the working principle of Z-source single-phase full-bridge NPC inverter,using the single-phase multi-level space vector modulation method,introducing the through-state into the redundant vector,and combing the redundant vector reasonably,the neutral-point potential self-balance and buck-boost output of the inverter can be realized.Based on the theoretical analysis,the simulation and experiment of Z-source single-phase full-bridge NPC inverter are completed.The simulation and experimental results prove the superiority of the topology and the feasibility of the modulation strategy.
