风电叶片双向电动往复式疲劳加载系统振动特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于电动往复式激振器,设计一种兆瓦级风电叶片双向疲劳加载试验系统。针对双向疲劳加载时出现振动耦合问题,建立风电叶片双向激振疲劳加载系统的动力学模型,并在此基础上建立仿真模型数值仿真系统耦合过程,得到在激振频率、安装位置影响下的系统耦合过程及基本规律。最后,搭建风电叶片双向激振疲劳加载试验系统,试验验证理论分析及仿真结果,为双向疲劳加载系统的控制方法提供依据,也为风电叶片疲劳试验提供参考。 Multi-axial fatigue loading can make the load of wind turbine blade sections approximately equal fatigue load,and shorten the test cycle.This paper examines the importance of vibration characteristics during dual-axis constant amplitude fatigue testing.The scope of this paper is limited to the simulated results of wind and dynamic loads.Fatigue testing system is simplified in a proper way.In order to study coupling phenomena in multi-directional fatigue loading,the mathematical equation system is derived based on Lagrange method for wind vane electric double inertia vibrator fatigue loading system,and thus build the electromechanical coupling equation of the system.Simulation model is established by using Matlab/Simulink software.The basic principle of the electromechanical coupling process in different motor speed and initial phase difference are obtained by the system coupling process in numerical simulation.In the end,though wind turbine blade synchronous loading experiments in practice,the validity of the theory analysis and simulation results is verified.The conclusions provide the reference for the control method of the two axis fatigue loading system and wind turbine blade testing.
