摘要
为模拟台风作用下极限载荷的随机性,以双馈型风电机组为研究对象,将风速、风向、空气密度、桨距角和方位角作为随机参数,参照GB/T 31519—2015要求,应用GH Bladed软件对叶片、塔筒的极限载荷特征进行研究。结果表明,叶片、塔筒的极限载荷均呈现明显的分散性,变异系数集中在0.3左右。叶根、塔底极限载荷为对数正态分布和指数分布类型,可为抗台风机组确定设计载荷提供设计依据,考虑参数随机性的计算结果较按标准规定的工况所得结果超出6%,表明为了提高风电机组的抗台风性能需充分考虑参数的随机性。
In order to simulate the randomness of the ultimate load under the action of typhoon,for the doubly-fed wind turbine this paper takes the wind speed,wind direction,air density,pitch angle and azimuth angle as random variables.Refer to GB/T 31519—2015,apply GH Bladed software to calculation and study the ultimate load characteristics of blades and tower.The results show that the ultimate load of the blade and the tower are obviously dispersed,and the coefficient of variation is concentrated around 0.3.The ultimate load of blade root and tower bottom are lognormal distribution and exponential distribution type provides a design basis for determining the design load of the anti-typhoon wind turbine.Considering the randomness of the parameters,the calculation result exceeds 6%relative to the criterion working conditions,which indicates that in order to improve the anti-typhoon performance of the wind turbine,it is necessary to fully consider the randomness of the parameters.
