摘要
针对风力机塔架特有的壁厚分段结构,基于挠曲线近似微分方程推导出塔架的振型函数,结合Rayleigh法,导出塔架一阶固有频率的近似解,拟合出2 MW塔架的一阶固有频率推算的经验公式。该方法综合考虑塔架分段的不同壁厚与直径、塔架法兰以及塔顶集中质量的影响,给出以塔架高度、壁厚和塔顶质量为参数的固有频率计算公式,可为风力机塔架结构设计提供理论依据。
For the unique wall-thickness segmented structure of the wind turbine tower,the mode shape function of the tower is derived based on the approximate differential equation of the deflection curve.Combined with Rayleigh method,the approximate solution of the first-order natural frequency of the tower is obtained.And the empirical formula for the first-order natural frequency of 2 MW tower is fitted.This method takes into account the influence of different wall thicknesses and diameters of tower segments,tower flanges and tower top mass,and gives the calculation formula of the natural frequency based on the tower height,wall thickness and tower top mass,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of wind turbine tower structure.
